Pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereafter “Regulation”), this page describes the methods of processing the personal data of users who consult the Life3 S.r.l. (hereafter “The Company”) website, that is accessible electronically at the following address: https://www.life3.it
This information does not concern other sites, pages or online services accessible via hypertext links that may be published on the site but referred to resources outside the company domain.

The personal data included in this page are processed by the company for the following purposes:

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures for the operation of this site acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols, during their normal operation.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI / URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the obtained file, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.
This data are essential for the use of web services and are also processed for the following purposes:
obtain statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
checking the proper functioning of the services provided.
The browsing data does not persist for over ten days (except for any possible criminal investigations by the judicial authority).

Data provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the Life3 contact addresses, the private messages sent by users to the institutional profiles / pages on social media (where this possibility is foreseen), as well as the compilation and forwarding of the forms on the site involve the acquisition of the sender’s contact data, necessary to reply, as well as all personal data included in communications.

Cookies and other tracking systems
No cookies are used for user profiling purposes, nor are any other active or passive tracking tools used.
Instead, session cookies (non-persistent) are used strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient navigation of the sites. The storage of session cookies in terminals or browsers is under the user’s control, where on the servers, at the end of the HTTP sessions, information relating to cookies remains recorded in the service logs, with retention times not exceeding seven days like other navigation data.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
In the cases provided for, the interested parties have the right to obtain from the company the access to their personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same data or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation). RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data referred to them through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as required by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to bring the issue before appropriate judicial offices (Article 79 of the Regulation).
