CUBESUITE® is configured in such a way as to demonstrate compliance with the principles set out in GDPR art.5 and in particular with privacy by default. Where possible, technical measures have been taken to ensure that only the personal data required for each specific purpose of the processing are processed by default.
In particular CUBESUITE® incorporated the following principles:
- Principle of confidentiality: authentication credentials when the user logs in, have an expiration date and an adjustable complexity to ensure the confidentiality of the processed information and to prevent the access by unauthorized users. It is also possible to create unlimited user profiles by assigning them specific privileges, such as deleting and/or exporting data
- Principle of minimization: the Suite is designed in such a way as to allow the erasing of data through the automatic or manual cleaning of the records
- Data security: data can be backed up by integrating them with the customer backup and/or disaster recovery procedures
- Encryption: all software related files are encrypted on file system with an AES 256 encryption key, communications are certified with the customer’s SSL certification, the database is protected by a password and the password is encrypted
- Durability of files uploaded by the user: a file hash is calculated for each uploaded file as to show the inalterability of the data
The BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) is a wireless technology designed and developed to provide solutions that supports long transmission distances, low energy consumption and low costs.
CUBE Access® integrates BLE technology in security and safety applications.
The BLE beacon is a wireless device which periodically transmits an information package. When a Beacon is detected by the antenna/BLE gateway, the information are acquired by CUBE Access®, which processes them and allows to:
- Identify people presence within an area
- Carry out actions (e.g. opening a gate) at close distance
- Track the movements within an area
- Acquire environmental parameters (temperature, humidity) that are detected by the beacon when it is in the antenna coverage area
- Alert “man down” emergencies detected

CUBE Access® allows control over one ore more electronic cabinets for vehicle key management.
Computerized key management cabinet is a modular and expansible solution that makes key management easier for managers and employees.
One or more keys and determined time slots are associated to each user who is provided a suitable credential (badge,pin,…). The keys are released only when the users are allowed to pick them up so it is always possible to know who has the key. The authorization is granted only to authorized users and it ensures a higher security level and the full control over the key status: both when they are in the cabinet and not.
Thanks to CUBE Access® is possible to know in each moment the keys availability, make reservations and visualize the history of the uses. It allows to manage more than one cabinet at the same time, even if they are in different locations.
